Anger has been mounting among family members of passengers on board the ill-fated Air India plane that crashed in Ahmedabad, as they face an agonising wait for the bodies of their loved ones.

Air India directed to carry out Boeing 787 safety checks as families reunited with victims Missouri Governor Mike Kehoe on Thursday declared a State of Emergency and activated the Missouri National Guard in anticipation of protests across the state. They thought he was doing a different kind of "cruising."
The victims identified so far were from different places in Gujarat and Rajasthan. A total of 241 passengers and crew on board were killed in the tragedy besides 29, including 5 MBBS students, who died at the college mess in Meghaninagar area.
Grieving families were due to hold funerals in India on Sunday for their relatives who were among at least 279 killed in one of the world's worst plane crashes in decades.
