On Tuesday, Adobe brought Live Co-Editing to Photoshop, which allows multiple creators to access and edit Photoshop documents from different computers simultaneously. In addition to working together, users can gather feedback from clients, teachers, or coworkers on the file through collaborative comments.

The new beta Live Co-Editing feature will supercharge Photoshop’s collaboration potential.

The power required to edit batches of 10,000 images is presumably expensive. Adobe says there will be a fee to use these new tools based on “consumption” — which likely means users will need to pay for a premium Adobe Firefly plan that provides generative credits that can then be “spent” on the features.

Built on Adobe’s Firefly Services APIs, the new tool automates actions such as generating new background images at scale.
