The Brooklyn Nets ruled out Ben Simmons and D'Angelo Russell for Monday's home matchup against the Indiana Pacers due to their respective injuries.

The threadbare Nets were without eight players in Monday’s 113-99 loss to Indiana, including a decimated backcourt sans point guards D’Angelo Russell and Ben Simmons. Simmons had been listed with left calf soreness and lower back injury management,

Ben Simmons (lower back injury management) was also ruled out against the Pacers. No Russell, Thomas or Simmons meant the Nets were severely undermanned in the backcourt.
