The Pakistan Cricket Board has sought clarification from the sport's governing International Cricket Council (ICC) following India's refusal to travel across the border for next year's Champions Trophy,

The eight-team Champions Trophy begins in Pakistan on February 19 with the final on March 9, with Karachi, Lahore and Rawalpindi being the designated host cities.

There was chatter that South Africa could be a viable alternative to organising next year's Champions Trophy. However, according to a report in PTI, no such discussion occurred at the International Cricket Council on Tuesday.
