Alberto Mendoza, the younger brother of Indiana University quarterback Fernando Mendoza, has committed to transfer to Georgia Tech, he told Hayes Fawcett of On3 on Tuesday.

The leader of the Hoosiers' offense, and Heisman Trophy winner, grew up in a locale known for baseball. He's joined rare company while leading Indiana football.
