A 36-year-old Forest Hill mother was killed by "stray bullets" in her backyard on Saturday night, police said. Police were called to the 3900 block of Frisco Ave. around 7:15 p.m. where they found Marie Marisela Trujillo-Camarillo and her brother in the home's backyard.

Officials stress that this incident appears to be isolated and is not related to the Friday shooting on Mansfield Hwy.

Two people are dead and another is critically injured after a shooting Friday afternoon at a car dealership on Mansfield Highway in Forest Hill, police said. Forest Hill police are responding to a shooting that has left three people in critical condition, according to MedStar. The incident occurred near a Valero station in the 5300 block of Mansfield Highway. While police have not yet released details, MedStar reports that all three individuals involved are critically injured.
