Frasca Food and Wine in Boulder, which already had a Michelin Star and two James Beard Awards, won the James Beard Outstanding Restaurant Award, one of, if not the most coveted, awards in the food and beverage industry.

Frasca Food and Wine took home the prize for Outstanding Restaurant in the country at the James Beard Foundation awards Monday evening in Chicago. It was the only win amid six nominations for Colorado chefs and restaurants.

Frasca Food and Wine in Boulder won the Outstanding Restaurant title at the James Beard Awards, which included a heartfelt speech on the industry's inclusiveness by co-owner Bobby Stuckey.
