Hulk Hogan was laid to rest in a private funeral in Clearwater, Fl. on Tuesday, Aug. 5. The WWE star died July 24 after a heart attack and was cremated, according to medical records obtained by PEOPLE.

Hogan, whose real name was Terry Bollea, died July 24 at 71. He suffered a heart attack at his Clearwater home and was rushed to the hospital but later declared dead. Hogan was honored as high up as the White House after his death. He is survived by his wife Sky Daily, and two children.

Brooke Hogan did not attend her father Hulk Hogan’s funeral after years of estrangement, claiming the wrestling legend "didn't want" an official memorial service. "My father hated the morbidity of funerals.
