Poland's president wants Benjamin Netanyahu to be able to attend events marking 80 years since the liberation of Auschwitz despite an ICC arrest warrant for the Israeli leader.

Poland's president has urged the government not to arrest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu should he attend the Auschwitz liberation anniversary event later this month, his office said Thursday.

Leadership from Poland has previously stated that should Netanyahu enter the country, they would enforce the warrant.
