Indian Creek spilled over its banks at Watts Mill Park, an area of town near 103rd and State Line in Kansas City. The National Weather Service also issued a flood warning for Tomahawk Creek at Roe Boulevard. NWS said the latest data indicates the creek may crest about two feet above flood stage.
