A federal judge has barred Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes from entering Washington, D.C., without the court’s approval after President Donald Trump commuted the extremist group leader’s 18-year prison sentence in the Jan.

Their leader Elmer Stewart Rhodes had his sentence commuted by Trump after being convicted by a jury of plotting a conspiracy to stop the transfer of power on Jan. 6.
