There aren't many universal opinions anywhere in college football, though the notion that Shedeur Sanders of the Colorado Buffaloes and Cam Ward of the Miami Hurricanes are the only two quarterbacks worthy of the No. 1 pick in the upcoming NFL draft is about as close as it gets.
