AHMEDABAD: Investigators in India on Sunday (June 15) recovered the second black box from the London-bound Air India Boeing 787 that crashed in the city of Ahmedabad, killing at least 279 people, authorities announced.

Officials investigating the Air India plane crash on Sunday confirmed that the Cockpit Voice Recorder black box has been found, a crucial discovery which will help identify the possible cause behind the deadly crash that killed 270 persons,

Locals have also reportedly said that their homes are being invaded by strangers who have been pleading for access to terraces and windows to get one perfect picture of the crash site.

PK Mishra, Principal Secretary to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in an official statement, confirmed that a second black box has been recovered from the Ahmedabad plane crash site.

With the recovery of both parts of the black box of the plane, it would be easy to find the cause of the crash for investigators., India News News - Times Now
