Bethesda has announced that Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition will launch on the Switch 2 on 24th February 2026.
Bethesda has revealed that Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition is coming to the Switch 2. The game is launching on digital on February 24 and on physical retail stores this April 28. We don’t know for now if that retail release will come in a Game-Key Card, or worse, as a code in a box.
The previously announced Switch 2 version of Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition is being released digitally later this month. The release was announced during the Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase, where Bethesda Game Studios revealed that the special edition of its 10-year-old RPG will be coming on February 24.
Enemies no longer show up on your compass. Perhaps most punishing of all: You can only save your game by going to sleep at a bed. You get a temporary "exit save" on quitting the game, but that disappears once you load it.
