On the heels of Winter Storm Fern, a strong storm will form off the East Coast this weekend that will bring snow, wind and coastal flooding. Blizzard conditions are even possible in a few areas.
Horry County got up to 7 inches of snow in some areas, according to the National Weather Service. The area will receive extreme cold temps.
