The Jacksonville Jaguars are retaining general manager for the 2025 season, only moving on from head coach Doug Pederson last week. However, that decision by owner Shad Khan does seem to be flexible if the right head coaching candidate comes along.

The biggest problem the Jacksonville Jaguars have is owner Shahid Khan believing general manager Trent Baalke knows what he is doing. He is about to ruin the Jaguars thrice over, while simultaneously making the San Francisco 49ers absolutely furious.
