Transport for Greater Manchester said travelling by tram was the "best option" to get to Heaton Park. A shuttle bus is also being put on from the Northern Quarter of the city centre. Police officers will be stationed in the area around Heaton Park, as well as in the city centre to help with traffic management, GMP said.

Oasis will be performing at Heaton Park on Friday 11, Saturday 12, Wednesday 16, Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 July, and organisers and Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) have urged those heading to the shows to plan ahead, keeping in mind the hot weather and busy transport network.
