On the court, star Boston Celtics Jayson Tatum and Derrick White have found a potent chemistry that has helped their team win a title last season, and put themselves in good position to repeat in the 2025 NBA Playoffs.

Derrick White scored 30 points, Jayson Tatum had 17 points and finished the game after a scary late fall, and the Boston Celtics rallied in the second half to beat the Orlando Magic 103-86 in Game 1 of their first-round playoff series.

Even with Jayson Tatum in the starting lineup, the Boston Celtics still couldn't find a way to win in Orlando. Tatum scored 36 points Friday night, but the Magic won 95-93 to cut the Celtics' lead to 2-1 in the first-round playoff series.
