Christian McCaffrey has “zero restrictions" following an injury-filled 2024 season in which he played just four games for the San Francisco 49ers.

San Francisco got a terrific injury update on star running back Christian McCaffrey on Tuesday afternoon. The 49ers running back said he has no restrictions from previous injuries and is participating fully in the offseason program.

As the 49ers reported for the first day of their offseason program, Christian McCaffrey arrived with what he called "zero restrictions" after dealing with injuries that cost him most of the 2024 season.
