Parkersburg City Council elected Mike Reynolds as its next president and Roger Brown as the next vice president during an organizational meeting Tuesday night. Reynolds and Councilwoman Sharon Kuhl were nominated with Reynolds winning with five votes while Kuhl received four votes.

El Paso City Council representatives were at City Hall Tuesday morning, Jan. 7 to begin their official duties after being sworn in Monday night. The council has five new representatives and three returning members.
