The elbow from Domi came in the third period of Sunday's 3-2 overtime win against the Flyers. The 29-year-old forward was assessed an elbowing penalty on Hathaway 5:13 into the final frame.

The NHL's Department of Player Safety has fined Toronto Maple Leafs forward Max Domi for elbowing Garnet Hathaway, presumably in retaliation for Jake McCabe injury.
