The energy giant, Adani Green Energy on Monday announced an internal leadership rejig in the company, as Amit  SIngh, the Chief Executive Officer will step down in March. This inetrnal rejig will be navigated by a new CEO as the next financial year starts.

Adani Green Energy Ltd.’s Chief Executive Officer, Amit Singh, will step down from his current role with effect from March 31 to assume a new leadership assignment within the conglomerate, the company said in a filing Monday.

Adani Green Energy's chief executive officer Amit Singh will step down to take up the role of the chief of the international energy business of the Adani Group, the renewable energy firm said on Monday.

Adani Green Energy (AGEL) shares fell 2.3% after CEO Amit Singh announced his resignation, effective March 2025. Ashish Khanna will succeed him. AGEL stock has declined 34.4% in the past year and 45% in the last three months.
