A man charged with a felony for hurling a sandwich at a federal law-enforcement official in the nation's capital has been fired from his job at the Justice Department, Attorney General Pam Bondi said in a social media post Thursday.

A man accused of throwing a sandwich at a U.S. Customs and Border Protection agent in Washington, D.C. was an employee of the Justice Department, Attorney General Pam Bondi said Thursday.

Sean Dunn, who worked as a Justice Dept. lawyer, admitted he threw a sandwich at a Customs and Border Protection officer deployed in D.C.
