LAS VEGAS ( KLAS) — An off-duty Metro police officer and his wife shot and killed a man in their front yard Friday morning after they said they saw the man strangling a woman. The incident happened just after 9:30 a.m. Friday morning in the 700 block of 6th Street in Boulder City, LVMPD Capt. Kurt McKenzie said.
