KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - A plan to expand the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum and add a hotel is moving forward. According to a city website, a request to rezone five properties near the baseball museum is under review. The city’s plan commission scheduled a public hearing on the proposed change for March 19, 25.
