Prosecutors say Jare Diaz was convicted of murder for kicking and punching Otoniel Guzman-Desdicho in the head more than 30 times in an unprovoked attack in 2022.

State police say Gerardo Salguero-Galvez was stopped by troopers after witnesses reported seeing the vehicle driving erratically.
