Waterbury police have made an arrest in an apparent threat made toward city schools. Late Monday night, around 11:30, detectives received information regarding a threatening post on social media referencing several public schools.

Teens between the ages of 15 and 17, and a 20-year-old from Norwalk were arrested after police said they found the juveniles in a stolen car.

Three teenagers arrested last week for stealing a Hyundai Sonata have stolen vehicles in the past, according to Waterbury police. The teens, who range in age from 15 to 17, have previous arrests. One has been accused of stealing two other cars.
