Guy R. McCann II, 29, of North Bergen, was arrested on Tuesday after he allegedly tried to meet up with the child a second time, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office said. He is charged with sexual assault, attempted sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child, resisting arrest and criminal mischief.
