Barry Keoghan’s Joker could be the next Batman villain to get his own spinoff series set between The Batman Part II and Part III

Gunn hopped on Meta’s Threads this weekend to fervently deny that a Joker TV show, starring the Barry Keoghan version of the villain very briefly revealed in Matt Reeves’ The Batman, was in the works.

James Gunn is shutting down rumors that a Joker series starring Barry Keoghan is in the works. “Turn on threads and everyone is asking me about this. No there is absolutely no truth to this. A Joker series is not being discussed nor has even come up at this time,” Gunn shared on Threads.
