Jonathan Scott and Zooey Deschanel spent the last two years renovating their Brentwood home and are finally ready to show off the fruits of their labor.

“It was a beautiful home with a lot of history,” added Scott. According to Drew + Jonathan Reveal, the home was originally built in 1938 by architect Gerard Colcord.

Jonathan and Zooey — who announced their engagement in August 2023 — first viewed the property in spring 2020. The home is located in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles.
