WATERBURY, CT (WFSB) - Three people were arrested for stealing a motorcycle on Friday, according to Waterbury Police. Police said the suspects had the stolen bike on a truck and trailer. Officers saw that the vehicle identification number had been changed, but they were able to identify the motorcycle as the stolen one.
