Boston police said Andrew Oprian had been charged in connection with a May 16 road rage incident that was caught on camera.

Jose Vasquez, also known as Cholo and Little Crazy, on Thursday pleaded guilty to one count of violent crime in aid of racketeering in federal court in Boston, officials said.
