Robotics and autonomous systems are expected to be the largest job displacer, with a net decline of five million jobs from 2025 to 2030.

AI jobs are growing quickly in the U.S. However, some finance and revenue-focused positions are becoming hot jobs as well. LinkedIn's Jobs on the Rise 2025 report, released on Tuesday, highlights the 25 fastest-growing jobs over the past three years and the trends defining the future of work.
