Luther Burden III is finally back on the field, and the Bears are hoping his electric skillset can take their offense to another level. If the rookie hits his stride, Chicago may have found its next star wideout.
Receiver Luther Burden is back. The Bears ’ second-round pick practiced for the first time in training camp Monday after recovering from a hamstring injury. He didn’t participate in team drills, though, as he begins his ramp-up period that looks similar to what the Bears have done with other injured players over the past week.
Chicago bears wideout Luther Burden got kicked off the field by the head coach for misaligning at the line of scrimmage in a team drill.
Now that rookie second-round Luther Burden is back practicing, it's apparent to coach Ben Johnson the receiver has a lot of catching up to do.
