Golf Digest on MSNSebastian Munoz wins in a playoff, Jon Rahm wins season-long individual title, and Henrik Stenson and Anthony Kim demoted to 'drop zone'
There was drama until the very end, with Henrik Stenson relegated from the league at LIV Golf Indianapolis along with Anthony Kim. The league’s last individual tournament of the year, which Sebastian Munoz won in a playoff over Jon Rahm,
Sebastián Muñoz shot 59 and broke two world records at LIV Indianapolis, making 14 birdies in one round and 17 birdies in 18 straight holes.
Mariners closer Andrés Muñoz eventually remained in the game Tuesday evening but had to be checked out by trainers after becoming dizzy in the Baltimore heat.
In the middle of the outfield at Volunteer Stadium at the Little League complex stood Mariners reliever Andrés Muñoz with his arm around Team Mexico’s starting pitcher, Gregorio Madrid. This was a moment 12-year-old’s across the globe can only dream of.
For his effots, Munoz banked the $4 million first-place prize from the $20 million total purse. In addition, he will share in the $3 million team prize (split four ways) as his Torque GC won the team portion of the 2025 LIV Golf Indianapolis event.

Munoz, 32, recorded the third sub-60 round in LIV’s short history following Bryson DeChambeau’s 58 at The Greenbrier in 2023 and Niemann’s 59 at the 2024 LIV Golf Mayakoba. With the score, Munoz was three shots ahead of Dustin Johnson (62), while Niemann, Cam Smith, Patrick Reed and Thomas Pieters were at seven under (64).
