Underneath a massive American flag and flanked by fellow SWAT officers, the body of Lorain police officer Phillip Wagner arrived Wednesday for a final farewell.

According to the Lorain Police Department, the memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. Doors at Rocket Arena will open at 10 a.m.

Police officers and community members from across Northeast Ohio are paying their final respects to Lorain officer Phillip Wagner who was killed in the line of duty.
