A "skit" at a fraternity party that left a pledge with burns over 16% of his body led to authorities filing charges against four San Diego State University students, including the person who was injured.

The incident occurred last February, when the fraternity was on probation with the university over issues of hazing and conduct that threatens the health and safety of students.

Members of San Diego State's Phi Kappa Psi fraternity had a pledge set another pledge on fire as part of a skit during a party.
