Underworks binders work the same as any other binder. Use common sense (if it hurts or you have trouble breathing take it off), take break days where you don't bind, and get one that fits properly. With new binders of ANY brand consider stretching it over the back of a chair overnight to break it in before you wear it.

Recently, they’ve been going down in quality. They kept ripping, especially in the actual binding material, and in less than 2 months of use, they would basically become loose sports bras.

Sep 26, 2021 · Underworks was the second binder I tried. Honestly, there's not much bad to say about this one from my experience. It can and will roll up until it been washed 3-4 times, and the material is a bit scratchy, but it binds better than my gc2b binder and there's way less spillage. It's breathable and the straps are wide so they don't show under shirts.

Mar 9, 2019 · My first binder was underworks. Worked very well for my purposes, although I concur the fabric is rough and can be abrasive. The advice used to be to wear an undershirt underneath if it bothers you. I prefer gc2b now, their design is more comfortable. But in general I think underworks is a decent alternative.

Nov 28, 2019 · Which is honestly quite frustrating. Chest: 36" Under bust line: 30" --> The average of that would be 33" and therefore Underworks size S. Chest: 36" Shoulders: 15" --> Those should mean that GC2B size M is a perfect fit. So, does anyone have any ideas where I might have done something wrong?
