Jan 18, 2023 · Mass Effect 2 had a couple crashes during a couple transitions between cut scene to combat, but nothing severe enough to impede progress after reloading. I had some technical issues trying to play docked that involved the launcher from not recognizing the controller and it wouldn't fix itself after undocking on it's own.

May 13, 2021 · Mass Effect. Noveria before Feros. It allows you to capitalize quickly on the new squadmate (Liara) and exploring her Benezia connection when it's still fresh. Also, having Noveria in the middle makes it so you're not just going from one "alien ruins" mission to the next, with Port Hanshan being a nice change of scenery.

Jun 21, 2016 · Insanity is the gold standard for Mass Effect difficulty. Nearly every enemy has advanced protection and enemies have increased health. Enemies use powers incredibly frequently. Per game, mass effect 1 has the biggest differences with insanity being a real grind.

What makes Mass Effect worth playing? Great characters. A really good story. One of the all-time great sci-fi universes. And you experience all three over three games in which you make choices that deepen your investment even further. It's a truly unique experience. Should you play all three games? I recommend the original trilogy.

I had to fiddle with the settings in Vorpx, like head-tracking speed and the 3D scale (I've settled on about .37, though there's more refining to be done), some remapping of keys... but all of that is just details. Walking around the Normandy is stunning.

Dec 14, 2021 · Mass Effect was always bigger than the original trilogy and I am so happy all the universe building is not going to waste. It had the potential to rival Star Trek (not in a comparison sense exactly) but in that it should have movies, hundreds of books, comics, generations or milleninums even of potential content.

Basically Mass Effect, the plot device that makes all this sci fi stuff possible, but supposedly speeds up the death of the universe, and is why Haestrom's sun turned into a Red Giant. The Reapers, being immortal, destroy organic life every 50,000 years in order to slow down the universe's death.
