How to cook the Perfect Wagyu NY Steak 1. Let your wagyu steak sit at room temperature for an hour before cooking, this will help it cook evenly. 2. Season with Salt ( you can use pepper if you like as well) 3. Preheat pan (we heat to a medium/high) and when its hot grease pan with the fat side of your wagyu. 4. Cook to approx 125F - this gives you a medium cooked steak. Cooking to medium allows the fat to render down throughout the entire steak giving you maximum flavour and tenderness. 5. Let
