The Woodward Dream Cruise officially kicked off on Friday night with a ribbon cutting at the corner of 9 Mile Road and Woodward Avenue in Ferndale. Oakland County Executive Dave Coulter was on hand to cut the ribbon, and stood beside several other state and local leaders, as well as JJ, JoAnne and Jason from our sister station, WOMC Detroit!
